Ourly

Terms of Use

Last updated 8 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Worthly HQ Inc. ("we", "us") for use of the Ourly app. By downloading or using Ourly you accept them. If you do not accept them, please don't use the app.

1. What Ourly is

Ourly is an app for two people who share a life to keep track of money, lists, goals and plans in one place. It is a record-keeping tool.

Ourly is not financial advice. It does not provide investment, tax, legal or financial advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a recommendation. Every figure in Ourly is one you entered yourself, and the app does not connect to any bank or verify anything against a real account. Decisions you make with it are your own.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ourly, and old enough in your country to enter a contract and to make purchases through the App Store.

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping that account secure, and for everything done through it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

3. Shared spaces

Ourly pairs two accounts into a shared space. You should understand, before you invite anyone, that:

We can't referee disputes between two people about shared content, and we can't restore data one of you deleted.

4. Subscriptions

Ourly requires a subscription. There is no free tier.

All billing is handled by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's discretion under the App Store terms, and we are not able to issue them ourselves.

If the subscription lapses, both people in the space lose access to the app. Your data is not deleted, and access returns when a subscription is active again.

We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be told in advance and, where Apple requires it, asked to consent before any increase takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Your content

Everything you enter into Ourly stays yours. We claim no ownership over it. We hold it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Ourly running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the app altogether we will give reasonable notice and a way to export or retrieve your data.

8. Ending this agreement

You can stop using Ourly at any time and delete your account from the Account screen. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or where we are required to by law.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Ourly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Ourly in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Apple

These terms are between you and Worthly HQ Inc. only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Ourly or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Your use of Ourly is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where those terms and these conflict on a matter Apple requires, Apple's terms apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Ontario, though you may also have rights to bring a claim in the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app before any material change takes effect.
